Each 5-pound Party Box
contains 20 foot-long, quarter-pound Sweet Meat Stix which are individually
frozen.If the box thaws slightly and is
re-frozen, the stix may clump together frozen.You can get them apart by tapping them on a hard table, and gently
pulling the center of the stix.It
is best to cook Sweet Meat Stix thawed.You should thaw the Sweet Meat Stix overnight in a refrigerator for best
cooking results.
Once the Sweet Meat Stix are
safely thawed, place them on a cookie sheet with approximately ½ inch between
each of them (no oiling is necessary).Preheat your oven to 450°.Place the cookie sheet full of Sweet Meat
Stix in your preheated 450° oven & cook for 10
minutes.Then remove your cookie sheet
and set it out 5 minutes for best results before you enjoy!
If you prefer to grill
Sweet Meat Stix, preheat your grill, then turn the temperature down to low
and place the Sweet Meat Stix on the grill.Grilling times vary, so it is best to use tongs and turn the stix every
minute until they are glistening brown and firm in the middle.It is important not to leave Sweet Meat Stix
on the grill for long periods of time, as they may burn.Remember, Sweet Meat Stix are not like
burgers or hot dogs - they are fine steak, and require some attention and care
